Sponsorship Opportunities

There are many ways to support the Ball and promote your business.  With more than 300 guests attending last year's event, it is an easy way to promote name recognition with a large group of local residents.  Not to mention, the contribution you make to St Patrick School helps support the continued success of one of the area's finest Catholic Schools.

SPONSORSHIP LEVELS

St Patrick Sponsor - $10,000

  • Name/Logo on banner outside church for 5 weeks prior to event
  • Recognition as event sponsor prominently displayed at event entrance
  • Recognition during event presentation
  • 16 complimentary tickets to the event with VIP seating
  • Two-page advertisement (center spread) in program book
  • Name/Logo on each live auction bid paddle and silent auction bid sheet
  • Sponsor listing in program book
  • Recognition in all pre and post event press releases and runs

Academic Sponsor - $5,000

  • Recognition as event sponsor prominently displayed at event entrance and a key event location
  • Recognition during event presentation
  • 8 complimentary tickets to the event with VIP seating
  • Full page advertisement in one of two locations in program book (outside back cover, or double page spread on the second and third pages)
  • Sponsor listing in program book
  • Recognition in all pre- and post-event press releases and runs

Principal Sponsor - $2,500

  • Recognition as a sponsor at event entrance and prominently displayed at a key event location
  • Recognition during event presentation
  • 4 complimentary tickets to the event with VIP seating
  • Full-page advertisement in program book (may include inside back cover)
  • Sponsor listing in program book
  • Recognition in post-event press run

Faculty Sponsor - $1,000

  • 8 tickets will be donated to St Patrick School/Church faculty and staff on behalf of your company or family
  • Recognition as a sponsor at event entrance and an event location
  • Full-page advertisement in program book
  • Sponsor listing in program book
  • Recognition in post-event press run

Student Sponsor - $500

  • 4 tickets will be donated to St Patrick School/Church faculty and staff on behalf of your company or family
  • Recognition as a sponsor at the event entrance
  • Half-page advertisement in program book
  • Sponsor listing in program book

Elementary Sponsor - $250

  • Recognition as a sponsor at the event entrance
  • Quarter-page advertisement in program book
