This is an opportunity to find answers to those tough questions about Catholicism, as well as other questions that may be on your mind in other areas of life. Questions can be asked to gauge the opinions of others on a variety of topics, or to find factual answers to questions regarding the Catholic Faith. This session uses the veil of anonymity to encourage questions to be asked without reservation. Questions are written on paper, folded, and picked at random for the group's benefit. These sessions meet every other Monday, from 5:00-6:00 p.m. in the St. Bridget's Room during the school year. The SUMMER time for this program is 4:00 - 5:00 p.m. every other Monday in the St. Bridget's room. Incoming freshmen in high school are able to start attending these sessions during the summer. Check the bulletin for info about these sessions.
This teen-catered look at the Sacred Scriptures meets every other Monday in rotation with the "In the Loop" sessions. Using Bible study guides written from the Catholic perspective, we often learn interesting pieces of background information relating to cultural norms that were in place at the time the book was written. We also learn about the author's target audience, geographical items of interest and more! Again, these sessions meet from 5:00-6:00 p.m. in the St. Bridget's Room every other Monday. Our NEW SUMMER time for this program is 4:00-5:00 p.m. As with all the high school programs, incoming freshmen in high school are able to begin attending these sessions during the summer. Check the bulletin for info about these sessions.
The scope of these gatherings is endless! Every other Sunday, join in a group of peers gathered together to enjoy the company of friends while we go bowling, mini-golfing, watch movies, have cookouts, go to the beach, play kickball, and MORE! The bulletin will guide you to the next Sunday social as two consecutive sessions are never the same.
