Donations

Each year, through the generosity and support from businesses and individuals, the Ball offers a fabulous selection of auction items.  In order to continue this tradition, a variety of auction items are needed.

• Cash Donations - A monetary donation made to the event.  School families receive 50% profit credit.  For the donation form, Click Here.
• Item Donations - The donation of a specific item to be auctioned.  Examples are gift certificates, sporting tickets, jewelry, new toys, electronics, artwork, etc.  School families recieve 25% profit credit.  Contact Deana Lecy (219-730-4413) or deanalecy azATza comcast azDOTza net to make an item donation.
• In-Kind - A donation of services which are utilized by the Ball committee for event projects, set-up, entertainment, etc.  For example, a computer company may supply the computers for check-in at the event.  School families receive 25% profit credit.  Contact Deana Lecy (219-730-4413) or deanalecy azATza comcast azDOTza net to make an in-kind donation.
