Tax Receipt

Please Note: If you wish a year end tax receipt for your donations to St. Patrick Church, please drop a self-addressed  envelope in the collection basket and we will send you your donation amount.

Any CSA payments made for 2011 that were paid at St Patrick Church are posted in your year end tax statements from us.  Any payment records sent to the Diocese will need to be requested by calling the CSA office at:  (219) 769-9292 Ext: 26
