KINDERGARTEN ELIGIBILITY
St. Patrick School accepts children for kindergarten according to the State
of Indiana guidelines. For the 2008-2009 school year, the child must be five
years old before August 1st. Parents must bring the child’s birth and baptismal
certificate to registration to verify age. The teacher will administer the Early
Prevention of School Failure Test. The results of the test predict readiness for
school. Should the test results be questionable, the teacher will consult with
the parents.
